Mag. Ulrike Howson – Coaching & Consulting is responsible for providing coaching, consulting and workshops in accordance with the agreed arrangements. For this purpose, we collect data from customers and prospective clients.

To Whom Do We Disclose Data?
Data is disclosed to third parties only within the scope of statutory provisions (e.g. tax authorities) or where necessary to fulfil contractual requirements, for example where customer data is disclosed for the purpose of conducting online coaching sessions or online meetings, or to external service providers such as tax advisers, IT service providers and marketing agencies.
Where third parties are engaged to perform business-related tasks, such as tax advisers or other service providers, a separate data processing agreement is in place with such parties.
No data is transferred to third countries beyond this.
How Long Do We Store Your Data?
Personal data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the performance of the contract or for business purposes, unless statutory retention obligations (of up to seven years) prevent deletion.
