About me

Change, Leadership, Communication. These are topics that have accompanied me for over 20 years. In my work, I combine many years of leadership experience in international HR management with a strong foundation in systemic coaching.

I grew up in Austria, lived in England for many years, and am a mother of a bicultural family where English is our common language. This bilingual aspect allows me to work authentically with both international teams and with regional SMEs. Thereby I focus not only on the spoken words but also on different perspectives to create balance and clarity.

My strength lies in a structured working style combined with a sense for the dynamics involved in individual coaching, team development, or company-wide change processes.

Professional Background

  • 20+ years of experience in HR management across various industries — 9 of those years in the UK

  • 2011–2023: Setting up and leadership of an international HR department in a rapidly expanding retail company (9 countries, 85+ stores, 850+ employees)

  • 10+ years of leadership experience, most recently leading a 13-member HR team

  • Part of senior management, reporting directly to the CEO

  • In-house coaching and support for leaders

Education & Qualifications

  • Diploma in Systemic Coaching with a practical focus

  • Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel & Development (UK)

  • Master in Education

  • Various leadership and professional training programs
